At Home and Lawn Hero, we prioritize the health and safety of our team and the quality of our services. To ensure a clean and safe working environment, please remove all pet waste from your lawn before our scheduled mowing service.
Policy Details:
- Health and Safety: Pet waste can pose health risks and create unsanitary conditions for our team. To protect our employees and maintain a hygienic workspace, we cannot mow lawns that contain dog waste.
- Service Limitations: If we arrive at your property and find pet waste present, we cannot perform the mowing service for that visit. We will notify you to reschedule the service once the area is clear.
- Customer Responsibility: The property owner is responsible for ensuring that all pet waste is removed from the lawn prior to our arrival. This will help us provide the best possible service and keep our team safe.
